Collages in Picasa2.0

Finally installed Picasa 2.0 and played around with it.

Presenting Collage #1: The Zodiac

Photographic credits go to Srijith – i am merely the Picasa editor. The source of the pics are the walls of the Hundertwasserhaus in Vienna – each sign of the zodiac was done by a different artist. Its amazing how they still sort of fit together. name each of the signs and win a prize! Too late!! – the answers are already up, along with more pictures at Srijith’s gallery.

And I call the second one “Nattinpuram” – the village in Malayalam. The common theme in this is that all of the pics are taken from our last trip home – and are mostly wild (and not so wild) flowers from the Kerala countryside. Ya, I know the bananas and the dragonfly are not wildflowers, but you find them in the Kerala Nattinpuram. Again, photographic credits go to husband dear, but since most of these pics have been scavenged from a folder he had given up on after sifting through for “worthy” pictures, I feel less guilty.

The pics have been touched up with Picasa 2.0, but since this was my first time with P2.0 I think I actually did more harm than good in most cases. Enough background, heres the real thing:
